Yes, I happily share the healthier versions of my favs that I regularly cook. Having more people get healthier is important to me.
I do too (if they ask for the recipe, of course) and enjoy trying out their yummy creations, too.
__A great side benefit of this sharing is that each time I cook a particular recipe, I think of the person who shared it with me.
