There’s an advantage to that, you have less fights. You know how the other is thinking. It’s always funny when my husband says, “I knew just what you were thinking when so and so said this,” and I do the same with him. We’ve been married almost 25 years.
One of my favorite cartoons is a married couple sitting on the couch. The wife is thinking, “When you’re married long enough, they know what the other person is thinking.”
The husband thinks, “No, they don’t.”
I’m not sure if my parents could read each others mind. But mom would be right but wouldn’t say anything and dad would come up with strange ideas. Dad has been gone for over 10 years and mom is 84.
Me and my husband I think I know him better then he me., we where not child hood sweethearts either he is way older then me and retired. Me I am not ready to retire.
