One of my dogs doesn’t like thunderstorms and will run around instead of going potty. When it rains hard, I put the dogs in the garage if one of the cars is outside. I would rather clean up after them in there than have a dog that’s hard to get to come back in and would be very wet. I clean up with a water and bleach mix. Don’t want to put them in the basement because they might mess down there. Would rather have a clean up job in the garage than the basement. Naturally, I prefer they go outside even if it’s raining. But . . .
