Employees at the Durnmont Department of Motor Vehicles loved to pull this prank as people were posed for their driver's license photos.

My driving license photo always looked liked a ‘mug shot’..they tell you not to smile.’
I have to say they are pretty hideous pictures.
The spiders at my local DMV are real.
Back in Buffalo we had a DMV worker who used to ask questions, When or if you said HUH? she took the picture and you looked like a dork:-P
BC would wait patiently until fatigue gave you a dumb expression, and then took the picture. And you had only yourself to blame. Its a tiresome job and they need something to brighten their day.
I’d grab the string and yank it out of their hands. I don’t like being made a fool of. And I’ll smile whether they like it or not.
