Goodness gracious Marmaduke, you certainly have a wealth of bones. Maybe the baseball field isn’t the best place for them. But I know how upset the family gets when you bury them in the garden or the lawn. So maybe they leave you no choice.
OK, then bury them wherever else you want. What could it hurt?

Maybe one of those bones will hit the 3rd baseman in the head or land in the glove to force him to drop or miss the ball.

Dogs would bury bones anywhere.
