Great cartoon. Shame to the Binghamton Press and Sun Bulletin got chopping off the first two panels (the text drive) precartoon.
Razzberries also to Columbia SC “The State” for skipping the first 2 panels. Not only is it good advice, but it’s probably contributory to Perfesser’s problems.
