Charlie Brown and Lucy are standing in the living-room next to a potted-plant. Lucy's back is to Charlie Brown and she kicks a book aside. She exclaims, "I get tired of reading biographies!"<BR><BR> She raises her hands in the air and turns towards Charlie Brown. She says, "Every biography ends the same way..."<BR><BR> Lucy grimaces and turns away from Charlie Brown who is in front of the television. She continues, "The person the book is about always dies!"<BR><BR> Lucy faces Charlie Brown again. He asks her, "Why don't you try reading some AUTObiographies?"<BR><BR>

Don’t gotta worry about the guy the book is about dying if the guy the book is about is also the guy writing the book.

Our comedian Harald Heide Steen jr’s autobiography, published posthumously, ends with him telling that he’s been diagnosed with terminal cancer. You don’t necessarily avoid death in an autobiography.
