Charlie Brown is sitting on the floor as Patty approaches and leans towards him. She says,"Charlie Brown, I have good news for you!" He replies,"For me?"<BR><BR> They stand and she places a sprinkler atop his head and continues,"We have decided to crown you, 'King Neptune'!" He says,"Gee!"<BR><BR> She walks off and he looks after her. He asks,"But why 'King Neptune'?"<BR><BR> As the water gushes out of the sprinkler, he says,"Oh!"<BR><BR>
