From a summer of college French, way back in ye olde 1995 … I read this just now and caught poisson (fish), of course … uh, no pun intended lol … and I was fairly sure about earlobes (lobes d’oreilles = lobes of the ears?) … so I at least suspected that this was not a compliment :)

Better than high school French I took in 86. I also got the fish and head part, but the rest was gone.
