relaxation is difficult. i am envious; despite my constant practice i can only dream of someday achieving my idols ability.
I wonder how many of us are secretly jealous of our cats. My Macushla sleeps on the sofa without a care in the world. She doesn’t worry about how the bills will be paid or where her next meal is coming from. Ahhh, the life of a pampered cat!
How very zen: you can get it even if you’re asleep!
