Great idea, would like to try that at my bank.
they should put a keypad at the beginning of the rope line, one at the end and one at the teller so you can get the full bank by phone experience of entering your account numbers and pin over and over.
…and for the on-line customers, they had a “hit ANY key” window also? (now where is that any key???)
