kfaatz925, it almost reminds me of the scene in Baby Boom where JC is handed Elisabeth at the airport–and is in absolute panic (she knows zip about handling babies) while Lisa is calm as a duck-pond.

Awwww now Fred, cats are nice. And this one likes you so you have a new best friend!

But how will you live this down with Jock and the other dogs?

As you all know the difference between the dogs and cats. Some are bonding very loving and friend together but other hands, either dog or cat were terrifying of other dog or cat, both of them run away and hide for safety.

That cat is a master of the “turn the other other cheek” philosophy. You should learn from it, Fred.

Awww….Fred, it’s the ultimate gesture of love that a cat will give. Our kitty tries to do this to our dog, but the dog won’t let him come near, he’s probably thinking the same thing as Fred! That and he just wants to sniff the cats butt. :/ Dogs!

Someone tell the cartoonist to follow this story line. Fred’s got a new friend. What’s his/her name? (My dog and cat are buddies.)

Molly and Toby get that from the feral cats every time I take them out for a walk. Molly used to chase them, right up until one of the cats stopped and laid down. Molly tripped over her, and just didn’t know what to do next.
