I was off work this entire week, vacation, with GREAT plans to get a lot of things done, clean out my attic, etc. Well, I’ll probably make that trip to the Bahamas before that ever happens, you know!
That seems to be the motto for a lot of people for the past two weeks and nothing is getting done. It’s not necessary to take both the day before and the day after a holiday off is it? Oh but it’s so close to the weekend so we might as well take that Friday off too. Meanwhile the work will pile up so you’re not really doing yourself any favours.

me: Now I’m really confused. I thought now was the day after yesterday, but it’s not the day after that.
