    Let’s see… the bedsheet isn’t straight in the first one. the math test has five lines instead of four on the second one in the right column. there’s two pages on the magazine in the right one on the left side. there’s nine lines on the sun in the right one, instead of eleven on the left and there’s eleven fish on the bedsheet instead of twelve

    Also, the pencils are different, and in the left one there’s a finger.

    The finger is CAUSING the bedsheet # of fish one, so it’s the pencil as the fifth.

    More differences: he was in a better mood when he drew the second one, the butterflies are thinking about cheese in the second one while in the first one they are pondering abject despondency, finally the fish in the second panel like each other more than in the first one.
