uhh … none of this is new, this has been studied ad nauseam for decades. I’m not defending the process …. there are FIVE congressional committees that have to pass a bill and they’re all having their own little input, trying to please their own special interest friends …
but this delay until Sept was for the sole purpose of allowing the special interests and their hired hands to fear-monger and demonize all efforts at true reform
