    Agreed. Sounds like they remedied their Constitutional crisis in accordance with their Constitution.

    The Honduran government and military acted legally under the Honduran Constitution, which has an article clearly limiting the President’s term and spelling out specific consequences for violating or attempting to reform that article. The consequence is an immediate cessation of their function and disqualification for running for public office for ten years.

    Zeyala is clearly the criminal and Honduran law says so. The International Community has surely shown its ignorance. It has no right to tell Honduras it cannot enforce its laws.
