I remember why I like to go kayaking in lakes. We launched on Wahanna Creek (which goes to the ocean) on an incoming tide and then went up the Necanicum River (which also goes to the ocean) and went into downtown Seaside. The combination of river currents, tidal push and some stiff winds made for a difficult and tough trip. I didn’t get to my comics at all last night.
