I find it ironic that last month the Messiah was talking about “crisis” (27x in one speech!) and yet, this past Friday he expressed optimism in the economy. Make no mistake, we have not hit bottom yet in the recession.
This looks like a tactic out of cults: Tear down your victim/subject and make him feel worthless. After he’s finished groveling, then tell him that you are his only hope and your actions will save him.
