When my kids were in daycare (parent cooperative Fröet in Härnösand) they very cleverly started lunch with a salad. The kids were hungry after playing outside so….
I’d also suggest leading by example. Since their birth – let them watch you eating your veggies and tell them that once they are a little bit older, they will be allowed to eat veggies, too.
