Joe is a relatively vigorous guy, especially for a man his age. The only thing people seem to remember about his regular exercise is that one time when he was riding is bike, he hit a bump and wiped out.Heck, I’ve done that, and so has anyone who rides. I suppose we could also assume this toon is an allegory for the numerous accomplishments he has achieved over the past few years, even in the face of tremendous obstructionist opposition. However the only things some people will talk about will be the things that were problematic.
