This is exactly what I believe tfg has in mind, although he may not choose to wear the costume or regularly operate the guillotine himself. He intends to have 1) unlimited, unchecked, unquestioned power 2) of every kind, over 3) everyone and 4) everything 5) according to his merest whim 6) for the rest of his life.
And tfg is not the only horror on the horizon. Even without him, the GQP’s Project 2025 carries on the madness of assassinating democracy and replacing it with total lack of freedom and mandatory submission.
