Cloudy day today, started out at 29 going to a high of 37, so they say. :-)
Today is going to be quiet but tomorrow there’s a front coming in with rain and snow squalls but at least it’ll be mostly at night and it will be mostly in the south.
I got some bad news this morning while I was at prayer group. My sister-in-law Ruth passed away this morning. She had inoperable cancer as well as Alzheimer’s. I’ll be going back to Maine when we find out when her service will be. Michael chooses to stay here, but Mike’s coming with me. Please pray for Don and his family (9 kids, 27 grandkids, 5 great-grands at last count). Ruth was the rock of their family.
Needless to say I did not get to the store to find a birthday card for Kandice. Tomorrow maybe?
Michael & Mike got a few “chores” done while I was gone. They got lights installed in the laundry closet, a new fixture on the patio that looks more like the new ones the HOA is installing on the front porches and the outdoor thermometer reinstalled on the patio. I even asked Mike to help us attach our headboard to the wall behind it, but he figured out that shims under the front of the legs works just as well.
Our forecast for today is 70, a lot closer to the 75 average for this date. We’re hovering at 67 at the moment.
