I have yet to see any sect of the Christian Faith that doesn’t want to be in charge. I honestly don’t believe there has ever been one that doesn’t feel that way.
Although technically not a religion, the worship of government has a lot of in common with one.
Its true believers get intensely angry if you disrespect their god, and will attack you for suggesting it is not the best way to accomplish something, and especially if you point out some of its major anti-social behavior.
