I don’t think that’s the kind of help he had in mind.

He just hoped that the sign would hurry up and work.

My mom got talked into working on a bank tv commercial by the ad agency she worked at. They set up cameras and lights and a whole crew hours before the bank opened. The robber was in comic book attire attire, mom the teller with hands up. Passerby phoned the cops. Keen powers of observation, eh? What bank is open at 6AM?
