I wonder if the guy with the curly hair is smiling at Tiff or TJ? BTW, not sure if the fashion statement of a Speedo and mesh shorts made it into the 20th century besides in certain clubs in places like Vegas, South Beach and New Orleans during Carnival or Mardi Gras. Tiff reminds me of Susanna Hoffs (with blonde hair); cue up “Walk Like An Egyptian” from the ’86 album Different Light.
