I was in VA at a friend’s uncle’s farm. He had an Olympic sized pool even. Anyway at dinner I was enjoying all the fresh veg. He was real happy with me, LOL!! People cook them badly which is a lot of the reason people hate to eat them. Boiling them into mush is the worst.
Huh…. try cooking Tex-Mex, Indian, Nepalese, Jamaican, Ethiopian, Chinese, Thai, or Turkish food. All of those ethnic cuisines have recipes that are heavy on vegetables, and are spicy and interesting. Food is only ‘boring’ if you cook it the wrong way.
CSA? Canadian Standards Association. Guys in an engineering office where I worked thought that the CRTC should be renamed Canadian Radio Association of Professionals, CRAP.
I suppose you wouldn’t have too much control over what produce is sent your way then. The upside of having your own veggie garden is you can then decide what is grown and harvested from it, tailored to your particular tastes.

Choose good tasting vegetables, cook them in an appetising way and serve them with beautifully cooked cuts of meat.
