For the first time in 30 years, we went out to a bar/restaurant with a band and discovered that it was … boring. While we did stay until midnight and blow our cheap, barely-functioning noisemakers, we also decided that spending New Years Eve with a bunch of middle-aged drunks wasn’t our thing.
