While the USA has lost over 1.1 million people to Covid-19 and variants the Chinese government only lists a little over 5000 dead. I find it hard to believe that a nation of over 1.4Billion could restrict such a virulent disease to just 315,248 cases. That being said, if it’s true, there would be proof that a more aggressive effort on the part of our government could have prevented a lot of needless death. I also feel confident that the unrest in China would be mirrored here as well.
