First thing this morning I saw 23 degrees as the outside temperature. Sunny to partly cloudy day coming with a high of 40. Sounds like a great day.
The latest misinformation from the lame stream media: They claim that Trump wants to do away with the Constitution. Yah, right, that’s what the libs wont to do. Sorry about this, just had to blow my stack about it.
The sky is kinda streaky this morning. Some blue some grey and some white. We’re sitting at 55 with a high of 64 expected. And we have a breeze to go with it.
I bought the extra tree lights at Walmart yesterday. When I said cheap, I was thinking around 6 or 7 bucks. They cost less than $4 per string! I guess I was righter than I thought I was. I also bought one of those nets with lights to put over a bush. Then I got home and there’s nothing out back (where the power is) that is suitable for lights. Ah well, back to Wally World for a small refund.
I spent some time working on my Christmas cards yesterday. Every year I swear that I will NOT buy any that have glitter. And every year I cannot find any that don’t. This year it was the 35-pack of Christian oriented cards at Sam’s Club. I bought 2. One of the guys at church was complaining that it takes almost a year to get rid of all that glitter.
We have a “mailbox” at church that is designed for the Secret Sisters to leave each other cards and messages. At Christmas time it becomes a card exchange mailbox. I put 40 cards in that mailbox yesterday (I had done them earlier in the week). Most of the rest of my cards will go into the mail and I am chasing addresses for 6 of my brother’s kids who moved this year. (The other brother is JW and I don’t send him cards.)
I am not quite done, so “glitter gulch” here I come.
