It’s “illegal” to download music off the internet – what about “listening” to the same music? And if you listen and REMEMBER the song, how is that different from downloading that song?
A much more pragmatic way of looking at the issue is "you shouldn’t attempt “commercializing” music on the internet.
Pandora is free with commercials, Spotify, Radio Garden…Who needs to “download” music anymore? YouTube…you can find and listen to anything you want if it’s out there.

It’s not illegal if you pay for it. But you don’t have to, you can hear what you want with the different music streaming service.
