I’m in Central Texas, started some laundry at 11pm—cold water—and the water was warm to almost hot coming out of the machine!!! I’ve noticed the same phenomime in my sinks, the water starts with the promise of coolness then quickly warms up. I swear I think the water taps have been switched.

Happily, it has cooled off in the Midwest. Hopefully, it’s heading east so you all can shut up about it.
