A harbinger for the U.S. and People’s Republic of China in any potential battle over Taiwan? Both have better navies than Russia but can ships have enough defenses against missle attacks?
There is a difference between being ignorant because you are denied access to the truth, as is happening in Russia at the current time. North Korea is the prime example. MAGATS are not denied access to the truth. The choose to instead believe a paranoia induced and hate filled world view, fed to them in order to keep them voting for Republicans. Why they are doing this apparently involves both evil and stupidity.
There’s an old joke about a military press team (more PR than news) that got challenged to a three game baseball weekend by a team made up of sergeants. The PR team got whooped of course. However on Monday morning the base newsletter story read that the PR team managed to finish in second place after playing their hearts out, while the sergeants could only manage to beat the lowest placed team.
