Another grey morning, that’s three now (I think). It’s 58 right now, cloudy, weepy, yup, the eves are dripping. The afternoon is suppose to be partly cloudy (we’ll see) a high of 69 is expected.
Shopping day, again, (0.0) head out for Newport/Derby find stuff to eat. So exciting.

I’m waiting for a delivery of the materials for a new carport this morning. They haven’t gotten the permits to build it yet, but got the materials at a sale price so we have to come up with a way to secure them for a couple of weeks. We have a tennis court with a 10 foot fence, and we decided to padlock them in there. This morning I went over to check things out and lo and behold there is no place for a padlock. So I’ve already been to Home Depot this morning to get a length of chain so we can lock that place up. In the meantime, the driver was held up for a while, so I’m still waiting.
Other than that, I think I might go over and get my hair cut this morning. It’s been 6 weeks and I’m looking pretty shaggy. Then later today I take Mike over to his oral surgeon. What fun! Oh well, I guess it’s better than having my own teeth pulled…
103 yesterday, 99 today and 96 tomorrow. After that it’s above (and sometimes well above) 100 for the foreseeable future. Gotta love the Nevada desert.
