True, it’s limited and you do seem to wander on your own a lot, but Dear is just looking out for you and only giving you so much because he loves you and is trying to keep you safe and with him. Sometimes you have to clip the wings of those you love. Ask any parent.

I suspect that Fred and Mr Dear have been in a car. Out of the car, Fred is enjoying freedom before remembering he’s on a extended leash.
