One time, I had a hard boiled egg I got at an Easter feast. I LOVE hard boiled eggs. Naturally, I grabbed it. I peeled off the shell, and much to my horrid shagrin, it was so deformed the chicken would’ve said it was sorry.
But the only problem was, I was right next to the kid who’d made them. I knew it would offend him if I didn’t eat it or said it was gross-looking. I ate a bite. It was the texture of cottage cheese and tasted like chicken nuggets. I snuck it into the trash can later, thankfully. No offense, I don’t want food poisoning.
