The washing machine is broken? What happened? I don't know... I heard this funny sound, then it just stopped! I called a repairman, but he can't get here until Monday! Do you realize what this means?? What? It means I have to do something I haven't had to do and years! Something I haven't done since college! Wear the same clothes three days in a row? No!!! Go to the laundromat!

Not much if you’re single. But a weeks worth of clothes, especially with baby clothes, would cost $25-30 at least at the local laundromats here. Then there’s the hauling back and forth, the folding and putting away. Instead of only having a load or two at a time, you’ve got the whole shebang. Not fun.
