Even though Ukraine is not a member, I believe NATO will fight on its behalf. Even though Russia can block any potential U.N. actions, why isn’t this body intervening before shooting starts?
It’s not really Putin who’s taking a risk, it the rest of the “Free World” allowing Putin to do whatever he wants to do.
