Sanctions didn’t slow’em down then, nor will it now. If anything, the people suffer more from these Sanctions than Kim and his Regime. And besides that, what has the US been doing since. NOTHING! North Korea has launched two missiles in the last few weeks. What’s the US say? Nothing to worry about, their not a threat to the US or our Allies. NOT YET!
