    Very apt, Dr.T—I do that all the time! carrot sticks, one rice cake with peanut butter, and an apple and cheese…or any other combination of one thing at a time selections. :)

    pasta and Paul Newmans Sockarooni can morf into Welsh Rarebit or that Russions dish with sour cream…..left overs can be great!

    Jaws2z : i remember those days well but i never could stand the SOS meals [aka - creamed chipped beef on toast]

    left overs are great any time even for lunch the next day

    Refrigerator Stew—NEVER the same thing twice! It was my Mom’s once a week meal made of ALL leftovers. Some of the best cooking that I’ve ever tasted!
