1st, make sure you don’t get rid of a shirt the wife really likes seeing you in. 2nd, make sure the wife does not want to steal any of them from you, even as “gettin’ dirty” shirts.
Some colleges and community colleges will take donation of business attire for students who need them for job interviews, but can’t afford them.
