Wow, it was 22 below by our thermometer this morning and it’s clear. Later today sunny and partly cloudy, temps as high as 16. Ah, summer at last (0.o)
We have a Grange meeting this afternoon. I really don’t know how much longer our Grange will continue to last, it’s one of two Granges remaining from the Prospect Pomona district. I’ve got one or two years to go for my Golden Sheath (50 yrs)I’ve kinda lost touch with my Odd Fellows lodge, it’s all getting expensive and to get to Bliss Lodge is a twenty plus mile drive (GA$ you know). The last time I saw the lodge hall there was a for sale sign on the lawn. Bummer.

Yesterday seems to have been another “lost” day. I had my nails done in the morning, followed by a trip to Walmart. I have no real memory of what I did all afternoon other than read and watch a bit of TV. Somehow I just abandoned the computer completely.
Today looks to be more of the same. I think I will take more time with the Coke collection. It is interesting enough that the time just flies by.
No real change in the weather pattern. It’s bright and sunny outside after a day of overcast yesterday. The wind is blowing hard enough that we took the flag down. Our flagpole (made of 1" PVC pipe) is flimsy enough that it has been known to fall apart with too much stress, so we bring the flag inside in order to preserve the pole assembly. We built the thing when we were in the RV, and for the most part it works well on our patio. We didn’t have to ask for permission to put it up because it isn’t attached to the building or railings. We never did use PVC cement on it because while travelling we needed to be able to take it apart.
