I don’t think Santa’s reindeer would be as stupid as the stupidest humans.

Eh. Pay them what they’re worth, treat them as valued associates not interchangeable cogs, and make sure that includes ways for young ones to learn the ropes and train up to take over for the retirees. A lot of businesses miss on all three categories, and even the “good” ones often miss on two of the three.

Pretty sure the reindeer would be a problem. They are livestock. Now the elves, that may be a different story…

Holy Cow! Spot on Mr. Heller: I am looking for a better paying job, my brother-in-law retired early, my spouse wants to work from home or retire early, and one of the admins in my spouse’s office was laid off for not getting the vax.

Deer can get covid, maybe reindeer can as well.
