That this court even decided to hear the case was worrying. That the judges’ were asking about things that weren’t central to Roe v Wade was horrifying. I am left with only a scant shred of hope that stare decisis still means something to them, or/and that the majority will realize that being OBVIOUSLY political will weaken everyone’s trust in SCOTUS and thus weaken the nation. AND that this weakening isn’t something they actually want.
