Oh dear! The place is falling apart right before our eyes! We need to get someone out there to fix the place up, PRONTO!!! I wonder if my brother, Paul, (the one who fixed up my bathroom and who has worked with Habitat For Humanity) would be willing to work on fixing the place up?

My brothers and I had a very good visit with our sister yesterday. It was a beautiful day – up to 72° and sunny. We helped her with some yard work and we went for a 2-mile walk (she needs to walk as part of her recovery from heart surgery. We couldn’t walk fast, but it was a nice walk).

Someone will want to buy the place and build way too many tightly packed housing units for way too high a price

Interesting and perhaps out of character for Chesney to attempt to make the best of a bad situation?

They’re gonna condemn the place, and then where will we be? They really can’t live here very effectively! Yeah, I know it’s just a comic….but still!

Oh dear, it looks more like Mount Rubble has conquered Chesney. On another note, saw two wrens, two wooly bear caterpillars, and a sparrow while out walking today.
