National Do Something Nice Day. Well, my friends & I are doing lunch at the food court in the mall for the first time in over a year. We used to do it once a month and we took turns bringing a dessert to share. It was my turn to bring dessert when COVID put a halt to our lunches. I made brownies last night and I’m going to bring some to our lunch. I still have to work today, so I can’t stay long at the lunch (I start work at 2:00 and we’re getting together at 11:30, so I will get to be there for a nearly 2 and a half hours). Then I’m going to take the leftover brownies to work to share in the break room. So there is my “something nice”.
Well, now we know the name of the Aflac duck. (Now if only we knew the name of that gecko.) Very funny strip today. Make quack up-er crack up! XD I’ll take the Aflac commercials with e duck over the Liberty Mutual commercial with the wet teddy bears. What the heck was that about?! On another note, saw a raven, a robin, a rabbit, and two golden crowned Kinglets while out walking today.
