A joke or maybe anecdote from many years back told of a college professor who walked into a noisy classroom and silenced the chattering students instantly with the shout, “I demand pandemonium!”
Actually this might have the best chance of working. Think about it. The medical companies and most governments are pouring billions into developing vacinnes and they reject it as not enough research. But bring in something from the Tractor Store, totally unresearched and they jump on it. It would have to work.
