If you want to expand operations to lease additional land for a percentage of crop yield. Oh there’s manure all right, and big agra has a huge stockpile. Now the little farmer – - -that’s another story.

Farmers — especially the industrial-sized ones — gets LOTS of that federal money. Small farmers, not so much.
