Well, we went down Friday and got the third Moderna shot. Had a slight fever yesterday and muscle aches. Dizzy and tired and weak. I think I’m over it now though.
When I looked at the thermometer I nearly froze to death as temperature was about 34. (x.x) Today’s forecast is for partly cloudy, high of 49. Well, at least no rain. (^.^)
My day is pretty much planed out for the normal Sunday and I will enjoy same.
It’s a really gloomy day outside. We’re at about 75 and it looks like it is going to rain. That’s not in the forecast until tomorrow, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it did rain today. Heaven knows we need it. The forecast is for 81 but I don’t believe it.
I am planning a shepherd’s pie for dinner later along with a fresh loaf of bread. My mouth can already taste it. Mmmm.
I looked up todays ByE strip in the English version and the only panel that is identical to this version is the last one. I guess belches don’t translate into Spanish. (Jeff buys a huge, really fancy birthday cake for himself and sits down to eat it all after singing the Happy Birthday song to himself. Oops, time for an Alka Seltzer or a Pepcid.)
Tomorrow the housekeepers should be coming at 10 AM. I have already told the new owner of the franchise that if they are not here by 10:30 that I will be dispensing with his services. The only thing I asked of him when he took over was that the ladies be on time. Travel time between jobs I can understand, but last time they were 1 3/4 hours late and the time before it was 1 1/2 hours. I don’t think I am being taken seriously since they are always late and never give me the full 2 hours.

We watched ‘It Happened In Brooklyn’ last night. Loved how Frank, Jimmy, Kathryn, and Peter all did their thing. Fun movie.
