It should be noted that ANYONE who fails to get vaccinated, and then, subsequently becomes infected and then dies, has just committed suicide, and I will tell you that I heartily approve of ANYONE who’s willing to act on their beliefs and decrease the surplus population as Mr. Scrooge so charmingly put it in “A Christmas Carol”.
Ideally, after being diagnosed, they really should be sent home to die, thereby saving the hospital beds for those who truly deserve it, but that’s just my inner “republican” coming out.
Children under the age of 12 deserve the I.C.U. space much more than the person who made the conscious decision to not get vaccinated.
I am a firm proponent of accepting responsibility for one’s own actions.
The vaccines were certainly available for 70 million to be vaccinated by July 4. That target could have been easily surpassed. It really irritates me that the news reports are claiming he missed his goal. Sure he did, but only because people chose to exercise their freedumb not to get vaccinated, not because they cdn’t get the vaccine.

I read somewhere that insurance companies were considering raising premiums on the unvaccinated. I would refuse to cover them at all.
