    Hay Vagabonds, it’s Sunday (^.^)

I didn’t look at the thermometer this morning but the weather website shows 61 for out aria, and cloudy. Showers are expected for the afternoon, and a high of 70. believe it or not we still need a little more rain.

Fall colors can be seen faintly on the hillsides, not a lot but noticeable.

As always church today, spare ribs and a stir fried summer and zucchini squash for dinner, and I’m afraid football has started. It’s not that I don’t like football anymore, it’s the NFL that that sours me. It started years ago little things at first but when they started to allow the kneeling at the playing of the anthem, that was the last straw so I tend to my computer and just not pay attention to it. Exception maybe the Giants or the Patriots. (^.^)

Great day for you Vagabonds, may the Lord be with you.

    Good Sunny morning, Vagabonds,

Yesterday was so gorgeous. Just like a regular Fall day. 75 degrees. Slight breeze. AND NO SMOKE! Light smoke is back today. Bummer.

    Good afternoon, Vagabonds.

Yesterday got kinda busy with the women’s luncheon so I just plain forgot to log in. Ah well. Better luck in the future.

I do wish to vent a bit. I am irritated by the messages that say “Happy Patriot’s Day” as if 9/11 was a holiday of some kind. We never say “Happy Pearl Harbor Day”, so why should this be different, even if they (no idea who “they” is) have named it Patriot’s Day. It is a day of sadness and remembrance of an egregious and unprovoked attack on American soil. It is not a “happy” day. OK, end of rant.

Church this morning was excellent as always. Pastor Tim has a knack for “putting the cookies on the bottom shelf”.

We hit 107 today and are on the down swing for the evening. The forecasts are decreasing steadily from here on out, if only a degree or two per day.

Everyone have a blessed and safe Sunday evening.
